Like spring honey, this is light in color and mild in flavor. It is a mix of mostly clover and star thistle and some wild spring flowers.

This honey is not to be confused with the stuff on the market, labelled as "Clover honey" that has been imported from China, who is notorious for cutting their honey with corn syrup. Sure it is different from the 'regular' clover honey, it is pure, wholesome and raw.
